Can someone give me the iFrames codes for Facebook?

I heard that FBML was substituted by iFrames which is the best way to create a welcome page on facebook, but to use it i need iFrames codes otherwise it's impossible, so i was wondering if anyone of you could give me that blessed codes to do a welcome page beautiful like this(it's an italian page ok Facebook): ~ Jenny Graphics.
