Can they repossess the car?

I honestly believe there is a special place in Hell set aside for bill collectors. As long as your mom is sending them the minimum payment every month they cannot come get the car. They have laws they must follow before coming to get a car. You have to be more than 30 days behind before it can be turned over to a collection agency, if you don't pay the collection agency they have another specified amount of time before they can come take your car. They just call and act tough to get you to send them money.
