About to buy a corolla...?

I found a good deal at an authorized toyota dealer: an almost new Toyota Corolla with only 960 miles on it for 15,500. According to carfax, it was owned by 1 person for only 2 months - he bought and returned it to the same dealer. The dealer said it was repossessed. A brand new Corolla is usually in the 17,000 or 18,000 range, so this seems like quite a big discount. Is there anything else I should check besides carfax? there doesn't seem to be any dents or water damage that i can see? should i go ahead with this purchase?
