Am I eligible for a Secret level security clearance from the Army?

I'm getting ready to graduate college and have started speaking with an Army recruiter about enlisting under the 18X option. I'm not really too concerned with any of the qualifications other than the security clearance. I'm currently 24, but about 4 years ago I ran into some problems. First off I received a DUI which was dropped to a reckless driving ticket by the state, and secondly due to expenses incurred during this time due to an inability to I had my vehicle repossessed and some other, more minor financial issues. Since then I have been clean for about 2 1/2 - 3 as far as finances and have not received any kind of legal problems (including tickets) since. I have maybe had a late payment here or there, but nothing major (past 30 days) and currently only have $7200 in debt total (car, school loans, and credit cards combined). Is this something that will disqualify me from receiving a secret clearance? Thanks a ton.
