How do I lose weight fast without going on anything like jenny craig?
Drink green tea in the morning (make in lg quantities and refriderate. Sweeten w stevia extract. If u add lemon, the taste is awazing). Walk atleast 1 hr/day, preferably on an incline. Or, run 30 min, walk flat ground, 30 min, before ur 1st meal (this works best to burn fat, not the food in ur stomach). Fruit fast (eat only fruit), eat as much fruit as u like, including bananas and pineapple. You will loose weight quickly and feel great. The first 3 days may take extra effort adjusting to the routine but after that ull be thinner and feel better. This should give u the ambition to help u continue until ur satisfied. GOOD LUCK
