How to evict tenants before house is repossessed?

i have two homes a farm with 40 acres and a house. My partner lost his business and since then has had car accident and can not work. I need to sell my farm with 40 acres so i do not become homeless. the only way i can do it is selling the farm and living at the other home. There is not just my partner and i involved as the other house is rented out to a family who moved in 2 days ago. The only way i can protect my family is selling my farm but how do i go about evicting the family?
