If the only thing your family shared was money, then I guess you don't have anything to live for. On the other hand, maybe now would be a time to reflect on what you DO have that cannot be lost in a business transaction, and which you perhaps could draw on to get you through this difficult time. You have internet access. Maybe you could trade some of that for some food for your parents.
