Does anyone remember this book series?

Ok so there is this book series i remember reading in 6th grade it was a mystery series, i THINK it was about this girl detective i think her name is jenny mcgrady?? please let me know if this is right i remember that in the series she thinks her dad is missing but then it turns out he was a secret agent and stuff? please if you know this series please let me know!!
